You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through SunshineSlingshot. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by social media platform outages, API changes, or other factors outside our control.
SunshineSlingshot is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including failed posts, lost content, or platform API changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page.
