Refund Policy

Free Trial

SunshineSlingshot offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be locked but your data will be retained for 30 days.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed at $75 per month (monthly) or $50 per month billed annually at $600 per year. Billing begins when you explicitly subscribe after your trial period. All subscriptions are prepaid for the billing period selected (monthly or annual).

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription (not trial), we will issue a full refund. After 48 hours, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a monthly billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days of the initial annual subscription. The refund amount will be the annual payment minus the cost of months used at the monthly rate ($75/mo). After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of the annual period.

Promotional Discounts

Subscriptions purchased with a promotional discount code are subject to the same refund policy. Refund calculations for discounted subscriptions will be based on the discounted price paid, not the standard price.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be locked. Your data is retained for 30 days after your access ends, during which time you can resubscribe to restore access. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

Service Issues

If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for service-related issues. We may offer account credits, subscription extensions, or refunds at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@sunshineslingshot.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via Square.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be terminated.
